serving God in caring for the Fatherless.
A favorite childhood memory is when my extended family would go to Crab Orchard Lake in Southern Illinois for a weekend of camping and waterskiing!
I first had my attention turned to the fatherless while sitting in an Adult Bible Study in May, 2003, hearing about orphans overseas. God grabbed our hearts first at that point.
The biggest obstacle to overcome was simply trusting God to get out of the boat and walk with Him.
This breakout session is ideal for anyone interested in starting a regional alliance among multiple churches.
